Local Stamp Dealers - 2022 Advance Order Service and Incentives (January to June)
Conditions for opening a “Local Stamp Dealer” ordering account:

Minimum order of HK$5,000 in 2022 (January to June);

Holding a valid Business Registration Certificate for stamp dealing;

Having engaged in stamp dealing business for at least one year prior to the submission of application; and

Operating stamp dealing business in a shop with stamps displayed in the shop window. The name of the shop shall be displayed in a conspicuous place. The shop is accessible to the public during normal business hours.
Bonus Points and Incentives
Local Stamp Dealers can earn one bonus point for every dollar spent on 2022 (January to June) stamp products on or before 6 December 2021. Lunar New Year Series Gifts (Items 1, 3, 5 and 7) can also be redeemed in the next round of 2022 Advance Order Service (July to December). Bonus points will expire on 31 December of the third year thereafter.
