Local Stamp Dealers - 2022 Advance Order Service and Incentives (July to December)
Conditions for opening a “Local Stamp Dealer” ordering account:

Minimum order of HK$5,000 in 2022 (July to December);

Holding a valid Business Registration Certificate for stamp dealing;

Having engaged in stamp dealing business for at least one year prior to the submission of application; and

Operating stamp dealing business in a shop with stamps displayed in the shop window. The name of the shop shall be displayed in a conspicuous place. The shop is accessible to the public during normal business hours.
Bonus Points and Incentives
Local Stamp Dealers will receive one bonus point for every Hong Kong dollar spent (bonus points valid for three years) on 2022 (July to December) stamp products on or before 9 June 2022. The bonus points earned can be used to redeem the following gifts.
