Local Stamp Dealers - 2026 Advance Order Service and Incentives (January to June)
Conditions for opening a “Local Stamp Dealer” ordering account:
Minimum order of HK$5,000 in 2026 (January to June);
Holding a valid Business Registration Certificate for stamp dealing;
Having engaged in stamp dealing business for at least one year prior to the submission of application; and
Operating stamp dealing business in a shop with stamps displayed in the shop window. The name of the shop shall be displayed in a conspicuous place. The shop is accessible to the public during normal business hours.
Bonus Points and Incentives
Local Stamp Dealers can earn one bonus point for every dollar spent (Bonus points will expire on 31 December of the third year thereafter) on 2026 (January to June) stamp products on or before 21 November 2025. The bonus points earned can be used to redeem the following gifts.
