Special Postmark
Eighty years ago, the Chinese people achieved a great victory in the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, marking the final victory in the World Anti-Fascist War after 14 years of arduous and brutal battles. This year, Hongkong Post issues a stamp sheetlet on the theme of the “80th Anniversary of the Victory in the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War”. The design of the stamp sheetlet centres on the theme of the 80th anniversary of the victory in the War of Resistance: “remembering history, honouring martyrs, cherishing peace, and creating a great future”.
