Early Bird Bonus Scheme

You will receive one bonus point for every Hong Kong  dollar you spent on advance orders for stamp products issued between January  and June 2023 within the Incentive  Period (from now till 22 November  2022) ^#, with which you can redeem your favourite gifts. Bonus  points will expire on 31 December of the third year thereafter.

The exclusive premiums and the required bonus points are:

Member Reward Scheme

In appreciation of those joining the 2023 AOS (January to June) Scheme, new members will receive a “Year of the Rabbit” Welcome Card while existing members will receive 200 extra bonus points when placing an order of HK$50⁺ or more on stamp products issued between January and June 2023 within the incentive period.

To express our heartfelt thanks for your continued support, Hongkong Post will specially offer a set of “Year of Rabbit” Red Packets to all existing members who place an order of HK$100⁺ or more on stamp products issued between January and June 2023 and renew their membership within the incentive period.

Young Collectors Bonus Scheme

Inspire your children and broaden their horizons by encouraging them to develop stamp collecting as a hobby! Young collectors aged 18 or below (i.e. born in or after 2004) will receive a set of “Toys of Hong Kong -1970s to 1980s” Special Stamps – 100-piece Puzzle (A5 Size) when placing an order of HK$100⁺ or more on stamp products issued between January and June 2023 within the incentive period.

Young Collectors Retention Scheme

To encourage our younger collectors to continue their lifelong interest in collecting stamps, members who turn 19 (born in 2003) will receive 800 extra bonus points^{^} redeemable for a host of fabulous gifts upon placing an order of HK$50+ or more on stamp products issued between January and June 2023 and renewing their membership as an adult member within the incentive period.

Member-Get-Member Reward Scheme

Existing  members who renew their membership for 2023 AOS (January to June) by placing an  order of HK$50⁺ or more on stamp products issued between January and  June 2023 may nominate others to join the scheme as new members. New members  who spend HK$100⁺ or more on stamp products issued between January  and June 2023 within the incentive period will enjoy 100 extra bonus points on top of the normal one bonus point earned  for every Hong Kong dollar spent. New members can be referred once only. Each  local referrer who introduces a new member will receive a HK$20 PostShop Coupon on the first occasion and a HK$30 PostShop Coupon for every new  member subsequently referred; non-local referrer who introduces  a new member will receive a HK$20  ShopThruPost Coupon on the first occasion and a HK$30 ShopThruPost Coupon for every new member subsequently  referred.

Special Birthday Greeting

To celebrate the special day of our valued AOS members, Hongkong Post will deliver a hearty greeting on their birthdays (one greeting per each member). Remember to fill in the month of your birthday on the application form.

Flexible Ordering Options

Auto-order Plan

The Auto-order Plan enables keen philatelists to collect all the stamp products issued under the “2023 Advanced Order Service” (January to June) and/or in the coming half year / subsequent years. Simply select this handy option in the Application Form and you will never miss any stamp issues. What’s more, your AOS account and order instructions under the plan will be automatically renewed on a half-yearly basis, until a written notice of amendment^* is received from you and accepted by Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau.

* The written notice of  amendment by subscribers has to be served to Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau 6 weeks prior to the issue date of the  respective stamp products.

Flexi-order Plan

The Flexi-order Plan^# enables you to order the stamp issues for 2023 (January to June) as desired in a flexible manner.

^# AOS subscribers can place a standing order for the Lunar New Year Animal Series  and/or designated series (if applicable). Your order instruction placed under  the plan will be automatically renewed and you will receive your desired  quantity of stamp products in the subsequent years, until a written notice of  amendment is received from you and accepted by Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau 6 weeks prior to the issue date. If you  choose to subscribe to the Flexi-order Plan, please fill in the relevant part  in the Application Form.

Order Plans Special Reward

You will be rewarded with a “Year of the Rabbit” Metallic Pin^{^} as a token of appreciation for your continued support if you subscribe to one of the following order plans within the incentive period (as per each account).

1. Auto-order Plan (requiring the placement of an order of stamp products to be released in the following year) or

2. Flexi-order Plan (requiring the placement of a standing order to purchase the Lunar New Year Animal Series in the following year).

⁺ With Special Delivery Service Charge included
^{^} The Silver Hot Foil Lunar New Year Animal Stamps Specimen Prestige Pack – Rat/Ox/Tiger/Rabbit, the bonus points under “Young Collectors Retention Scheme” and the gift under “Order Plans Special Reward” can be rewarded only once in 2023. If you have already been rewarded with the bonus points or gift for 2023 AOS (January to June), Hongkong Post will not reward them again for 2023 AOS (July to December).
